Janosia is long known to cure and alleviate all kinds of menstrual troubles and uterine disorders. Long lasting constipation, occasional headache and vertigo associated with uterine derangements are the marked symptoms. It is indicated in various uterine disorders, astringent menstrual troubles chiefly in menorrhagia. It is a verified remedy for dysmenorrhoea. In cases of amenorrhoea and scanty menses with intolerable pain and burning sensation during the passage of urine.

It is known to impart a healthy tone and strength to a weakened uterus due to chronic uterine disorders.
