Lack of vitality is a weakness and fatigue felt due to a physical or a mental cause. The causes include stress, overwork, lack of sleep, flu, debilitating illness, depression or other psychological conditions, endocrinal or chronic diseases like anaemia, diabetes, thyroid disorders, malnutrition, respiratory disorders, etc.

Action of Ingredients:

Natrum muriaticum: There is great debility where maximum weakness is felt in the morning, in bed. Coldness and great liability to take cold. Coldness of legs with congestion of head, chest and stomach. Coldness of the body and and continuous chilliness marked in fever.

Kali phosphoricum: The Kali-phos patient is nervous, sensitive, weak and easily fagged. Conditions arising from lack of nerve power, neuresthenia are wonderfully improved by this remedy. It corresponds to states of adynamia and decay, gangrenous conditions. Livid and sunken face, with hollow eyes.

Calcarea phosphorica: Suited for anaemic children who are peevish, flabby, have cold extremities and feeble digestion. Stiffness and pain in extremities with a cold, numb feeling, worse change of weather. Crawling and coldness in limbs.
