BAKSON PLUMBUM METALLICUM – 3X

It is a great drug for general sclerotic conditions like multiple sclerosis and posterior spinal sclerosis with circulation, alimentary tract and nervous system as the main site of action. It acts specifically on neuraxons and the anterior horn cells. In ophthalmic disorders, it is extensively used in the treatment of glaucoma, especially if secondary to spinal lesions, optic neuritis and central scotoma.

A distinct blue line along the margins of gums is a characteristic finding in the drug picture of Plumbum metallicum. In the musculoskeletal sphere, Plumbum metalllicum chiefly acts on the extensors, forearms or upper limb. It is indicated in wrist drop and in conditions where pain in muscles of thigh come in paroxysm and patellar reflexes are lost. Added to this, Plumbum metallicum is also used in the management of vaginismus and induration of mammary glands. All the symptoms of acute nephritis with amaurosis and cerebral symptoms are treated with this preparation.
