Selenium acts markedly on genito-urinary system and often useful in the treatment of prostatitis and sexual atony. Also used in the affections of hepatobiliary system like enlarged liver with fine rashes over liver region. In dermatological diseases, it is used in the treatment of Seborrhoea oleosa, comedones, alopecia and acne. Sleep disorders accompanied by pulsations can also be treated using Selenium.
