For the congestions of left ovary with burning pain worse during menstruation, while walking and riding. Menses are delayed and scanty. For the chronic diseases with fissures and contraction of anus. Indicated in sub-acute gonorrheal arthritis with drawing pain in bones as if flesh was separated and tingling of parts.

Skin is dirty, covered with brown spots with offensive perspiration which is profuse from uncovered parts.
